Heinz Custom Woodworking has been building beautiful custom cabinets for over 40 years. During that time, we have refined our systems, processes and communications to ensure a great customer experience. Heinz Custom Woodworking’s project process is an organized workflow that allows us to focus on your specific needs and desires, and deliver what you want. “Making your house a home” is not only our tagline, its what we do! And, it all starts with a little inspiration…
1. Get Inspired
We encourage you to book an appointment to visit our showroom where we will give you one-on-one assistance right from the start and answer all of your questions. We know, at this point, you may be feeling a little overwhelmed and not quite sure what is to come next. Our showroom is a great place to start your journey, and when you are ready, we will guide you through our process to help you make the right decisions to make your dreams a reality.
2. Layout and Overall Plan:
We can provide a layout and quote based on your drawings or, our cabinetmaker can come out and take measurements, discuss options, and complete a layout drawing for you.
3. Flooring
Once the layout is decided upon, and signed off on, we recommend that you pick your flooring. The decision for cabinets whether a kitchen, or vanity for example, will go much smoother if the flooring is chosen first. Be sure to bring in a sample of your flooring to your meeting so that we can pair it with the other key components you will be choosing.
4. Door and Drawer Styles and Cabinet Materials:

5. Countertop and Cabinet Hardware
Once you’ve decided on your cabinets, it’s time to make a decision on what countertop material you want. For example, laminate, quartz, solid surface, etc. We partner with the best countertop companies in our local area and have a large supply of options to show you in our showroom.
6.Product and Materials ordering:
Once all of your selections are complete, we order the materials for each individual customer. This will include any countertop, cabinet hardware and accessories that you choose.
7. Production and Quality Craftmanship
Once the materials are received, we put your project into production to meet our installation date. At this stage, our expert cabinet makers are building your cabinets and focusing on quality and excellent craftsmanship.
8.Installation
Our professional installers have years of experience and focus on making sure the job is complete to your satisfaction.
